Shipping:

In order to be able to offer you the best prices and free shipping, our warehouses are located all over the world.

The products leave our facilities 1-7 business days after your order has been placed.

Shipping times for the U.S. are between 2-4 weeks (except for promotional items*).

Shipping times for the rest of the world are between 2-8 weeks. On average, the items arrive within 4-6 weeks.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and thus arrive separately.

Free shipping is not applicable for free items and orders over 5lb.

*For free ($0) items, the U.S. shipping times equal the "rest of the world" shipping times. 

We do not deliver to China.

Q: Does PawShop.co provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. 

Q: The item(s) you sent me has/have defects or I am not satisfied with the item(s) I purchased. What should I do?

A: In that case, please contact us immediately at support@pawshop.co. We will find a solution.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchase. For more information about data processing, please read our Privacy Policy.

Q: My package(s) hasn't/haven't arrived within the time frame mentioned above. What should I do?

A: In very rare cases, there may be minor issues with customs, which delay deliveries. Please allow 2 more weeks than stated for your item(s) to arrive, before you contact our support.

Q: What about customs/import taxes or fees?

A: Please note that you are responsible for any import duties/taxes/the like if applicable. Many countries charge those if the shipped item(s) exceed(s) a certain monetary value. Because almost all of our items are very low-priced, there should not be any issues. However, we advise you to inform yourself about your country's import policies before ordering.
